With more than twenty years experience leading communications and engagement for complex multi-stakeholder projects, Debbie has provided strategic advice to many of the province's largest resource and infrastructure projects.

Working with senior executive, field operations, all levels of government, interest groups and residents, Debbie supports organizations to align regional goals and aspirations, employment and contract opportunities, and social and economic diversification objectives. 

An extensive background in television and print media has prepared her to lead award-winning proactive media campaigns and manage challenging, multi-agency issues. Active in community and social service, Debbie has held a variety of board positions and currently serves on the advisory board of the Women's Economic and Business Advisory Council, the board of the Federation for BC Youth in Care and the Mayor's Task Force on Climate Change.

Debbie is President and Senior Partner at James Laurence Group, a management and communications consulting company that brings together highly qualified and experienced senior level professionals who have supported many of the largest and most complex projects in British Columbia.
