Community Services Pop Ups

Ideaspace designed and managed the Community Services Pop Ups, free monthly sessions that took place inside the City of Richmond’s main library branch. The Pop Ups provided community members with a safe and welcoming space to meet local service providers face-to-face and ask questions and learn about the types of resources available to them.

Over six sessions, 457 community members connected with 25 service organizations, leading to the program becoming a permanent library feature and earning provincial recognition for its impact.
