Land Designation Referendum
To support a Land Designation Referendum process, Ideaspace partnered with Hiy̓ ám̓ Housing Society to create the Bring Squamish Home campaign, featuring social media outreach, community-designed materials, celebratory voting events, and a video series highlighting the land’s history and the vote’s significance.
The referendum saw record-breaking participation, with Squamish People overwhelmingly supporting the land designation for affordable housing, paving the way for a brighter future for Squamish People.
