Ideaspace designed an inclusive engagement program, recruiting a Youth Street Team to connect with peers at community hubs, running a vibrant awareness campaign, and gathering input through surveys, pop-ups, and presentations to youth-serving organizations and committees.
Feedback from 150+ stakeholders and over 54 groups shaped the final Youth Strategy, which was adopted by City Council in July 2023, ensuring a youth-centered plan to guide the next decade.
