Ensuring the success of Metro Vancouver's multi-million dollar water and wastewater infrastructure projects through effective community consultation and stakeholder engagement.

Since 2004, Ideaspace has designed and implemented comprehensive engagement strategies, including open houses, kiosks, stakeholder meetings, and dedicated Community Liaison Officers, to address the needs of residents, municipalities, First Nations, and other stakeholders. Major projects include the Seymour-Capilano Water Utility Projects, the North Shore Wastewater Treatment Plant, the Northwest Langley Wastewater Treatment Project, the Iona Island Wastewater Treatment Project, the Capilano Water Main Project, the Coquitlam Water Utility Projects, and the Stanley Park Water Supply Tunnel.

Ideaspace’s work fosters trust, reduces misinformation, and enables meaningful community contributions, setting the stage for successful infrastructure development across the region.
