Ideaspace designed and implemented an engagement program, including surveys, focus groups, and interviews, to gather volunteer feedback on recruitment, training, communication, and recognition. Findings were synthesized into a summary report and used to guide planning workshops with program leaders.
A draft Interim Plan for 2019, shaped by volunteer input and program priorities, provided actionable recommendations to optimize the VVC and support its mission of community resilience.
