As the facilitator, Diana developed the Committee’s Terms of Reference, structured meeting agendas, created supporting materials, and guided a series of two-hour workshops and meetings over three years to ensure informed discussions and actionable recommendations.
The Committee’s collaborative work provided valuable insights and recommendations, shaping a more effective and inclusive LWMP to address regional wastewater and stormwater challenges.
