Social Impact Assessment
Ideaspace developed the Social Impact Assessment methodology, a framework for identifying and addressing potential impacts of major infrastructure projects on community wellbeing, the environment, and cultural spaces. A plain language manual and templates were created to make the methodology accessible and easy to use.
The Social Impact Assessment equips Metro Vancouver with a vital tool to measure public interests, fostering transparency and supporting triple bottom line decision-making across the region.
